SEMIAUTOMATIC series

The entire line of Marocchi semiauto is made by shotguns with inertial system and rotating head and therefore take advantage of the kinematic mechanism developed by the bolt mass and the inertial spring which determine the delay in opening the chamber until the pressure values of the shot have gone down to an acceptable level.
The rest of the force is then used to eject the cartridge and rearm the hammer. In the same way, the decompression of the spring allows the insertion of a new cartridge and the repositioning of the bolt. By not using the firing gases, the system is more efficient and less subject to dirt and therefore in need of less maintenance.

Weight, handling and balance

The different lines of Marocchi semiauto have all been designed with particular attention to the weight of the shotgun in order to ensure a quick, fast and clean wielding to target. The balance is perfected in order to obtain a light shotgun that can be handled with natural movements: in this way, the shooter can feel the shotgun flow smoothly as if it were a real extension of his own body.

Barrels

Marocchi boasts the internal production of the barrels for its semi-automatic shotguns, using first choice materials and the process of drilling from solid, with total control of the wall thicknesses. Our barrels are considered among the best on the market thanks to the incredible performance that only this type of processing allows to ensure. The abatements are clean, even at greater distances. The barrel drilling used for our semi-automatic is 18.35-18.45 for the 12 gauge and 15.8-15.9 for the 20 gauge.

Chokes

Marocchi was among the first companies to believe in 70 mm chokes. We build them with the same steel used for the barrels, since we believe that using materials with the same elasticity favors a better distribution of the shots in the pattern. Chromed internally, our chokes have a very low roughness, which reduces the deformation of the lead during the passage. We have also developed our barrel extension using the same technology, creating the ideal product for those with higher shooting needs.

Semi-automatic shotgun with receiver characterized by the traditional style with stepped receiver, that facilitates the line of sight: it is appreciated by those who prefer the stepped receivers instead of the ones rounded as per the classic Italian style.
The shotgun is available in a single and very modern version with receiver and barrel in green cherakote finishing, while stock and forearm are in synthetic version and are available in Shadow Grass Blades Camouflage or Black finishes.
