Marocchi thinks of hunters at 360° and for all those who prefer the Over&Under shotgun Marocchi has created the series FIRST, a model created with the intent to meet the most diverse needs thanks to an Italian quality shotgun at a truly competitive price.
Available in 12 gauge, with manual or automatic extractors, or in the practical and handy small gauges 20, 28, 36 (.410)

Extremely lightweight

Lightness is a very important feature for an Over&Under and FIRST series perfectly incorporates it, thanks to the use of Ergal, a high-performance aluminum alloy, for the production of the action and tail.
Even the most demanding outdoor experinces will be pleasant with an Over&Under that guarantees this level of portability and handling.

Balancing

Both rapid shots and second barrel firing will be more quick and accurate than ever thanks to the incredible balance of weights. The perfect weight distribution is fundamental to accentuate the shotgun’s wielding and pointing qualities.

Mechanism

Inside the action the series FIRST contains a heart made of very respectable mechanical qualities: after careful control, each component is skillfully assembled by the hands of our craftsmen in order to obtain a high quality shotgun in terms of safety, reliability and durability over time.

Chokes

Marocchi, for its over&unders of the series First, opted for the production of 50mm chokes. They are built with the same steel used for the barrels, since we believe that using materials with the same elasticity favors a better distribution of the shots in the pattern. Chromed internally, our chokes have a very low roughness, which reduces the deformation of the lead during the passage.

For hunters who want lightness, Marocchi proposes also First MK2 in 20ga. The O&U designed with a proportionally smaller steel receiver and dedicated to 20 gauge. Perfectly balanced and completed by high-quality barrels and top-range ballistic performance. Embellished by a refined gilded engraving on a hunting theme that runs along the receiver and bottom plate and enriched with black in. Everything completed by with oil-finished walnut wood with a fine aesthetic finish.

Action Made in durable steel dedicated to the 28ga.
Action finishing The surface of the receiver is hand-polished by the craftsman; it is then engraved with a decorative motif and wildlife subjects. The engraving is enhanced with gold detailing and black ink along the receiver's profile. It is then nickel-plated in order to give brilliance to the rifle, and, as a final touch, the gauge and Marocchi logo are engraved on the receiver plate.
